Dog Walking

 

For households with more than one dog, an additional $5 per dog will be added to the base walk price.

Payment for dog walking services is due by the end of the business day each Friday for walks completed that week. Clients are expected to submit payment proactively unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

 

Late payments will incur a $25 fee.

Pet Sitting (Overnight Care)

Requested dates are penciled in once we agree on the service and are officially confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment is due prior to the first day of care.

 

What’s Included

 

Overnight care in your home includes dinner feeding, overnight supervision, breakfast, medication administration (if needed), morning and evening potty breaks, companionship, and daily photo updates.

Cat Visits & Other Scheduled Services

Payment is due by the end of Friday for services completed that week unless we’ve discussed something different ahead of time.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens — I completely understand. Clear notice simply helps me manage my schedule responsibly.

Dog Walking

To cancel a scheduled walk, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Walks canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate.

Pet Sitting (Overnight Care)

 

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date will be charged in full.

Holiday bookings canceled within 7 days of the start date will be charged in full.

Cat Visits & Other Scheduled Services

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Weather & Safety

Your pet’s safety always comes first. Walk duration may be adjusted during extreme heat, cold, or severe weather conditions. When necessary, outdoor time may be shortened and replaced with indoor enrichment or supervised activity.

Pet Health & Emergencies

Please share any medical conditions, medications, or behavioral concerns before services begin.

If your pet becomes ill or injured during my care, I will contact you immediately. If you are unreachable in an emergency, you authorize me to seek veterinary care on your behalf. Any veterinary expenses remain the responsibility of the pet owner.

Home Access & Security

All keys, alarm codes, and lockbox or keypad combinations are kept confidential and securely stored.

If you use a keypad or lockbox, please ensure the code is provided in advance and confirmed to be working prior to the first visit.

For transparency and comfort on both sides, I kindly ask that clients disclose the presence of any indoor security cameras. Cameras are completely respected as part of home security, but it’s important that I am aware of them beforehand.

Behavioral Expectations

For everyone’s safety, any history of aggression, biting, or significant behavioral concerns must be disclosed prior to service. If a situation becomes unsafe, services may need to be paused or discontinued.
